Adam Coe Memorial - Volunteer of the Year Award

The Orillia Ladies' Hockey Renegades would like to acknowledge those having made outstanding contributions while participating as players, serving as coaches or bench staff, and/or taking on Executive roles. And we want to hear from you!

We are currently accepting nominations for our Adam Coe Memorial Volunteer of the Year Trophy. This award is established to honour those individuals, who for many years, demonstrate outstanding commitment, leadership, innovation, and support to our OLHL membership and its annual operations. Award Nomination/Selection CriteriaOLHL Members may nominate an outstanding individual who dedicates their time and effort to be our Volunteer ofthe Year – with consideration of the following award criteria:
1.  Nominee must be active OLHL Member in the current year (Executive, Player and/or Coach).
2.  Contributions made to local ladies hockey over the past 5 years will be considered.
3.  Nominations should be complete with nominee’s full name, contact number, email address, and listing ofrelevant major accomplishments/contributions  submitted to [email protected] com
4.  Deadline for nominations is January 5th. 2018.
5.  OLHL Executives committee members will act as a panel of judges to review nominations and select a winner by vote.
6.  The Volunteer of the Year winner shall receive recognition to be presented annually as part of Hockey Day in Orillia and at the OLHL Banquet/Annual General Meeting. 
7.  Nominations must be re-submitted each year - applications from the previous year will not be kept on file for automatic re-submission the next year.
