Game report by Shanks....

The Renegades hit the ice again for their regular Sunday evening battles. Home Hardware defeated Sunshine Superwash/Shanks ENJO with 2.4 seconds left in the game to break the 4-4 tie. Goal scorers for Home Hardware were Amy Angus (2,1), Diana Hobden (1,3), Morgan McIntosh (1,0) and Shannon Bentley (1,3), assisted  by Stacy Strong (0,2). The Sunshine/Shanks ENJO goals were netted by Jen Morton (2,1), Nicole Shanks (1,0) and pick up player Sandy Drury (1,2). Assists came from Kelly Mollon, Gail Naccarato and Rita Emo.


Game two ended in a 3-3 tie between Bremner Orthopaedics and Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change/ IG Wealth Management. The Bremner goals were compliments of Brenda Lucas (1,0), Paul Dooley (1,2) and Jen Page (2,2),  with 2 assists from Stacy Strong. The Pennzoil/IG Goals were netted by Gailyn Scott (2,1) and Jill Garrod (1,0), assisted by Lisa Thompson-Roop, Carol McCulligh and Carol Walker.


The last tier 2 game saw Nutrafarms Inc./Kutting Edge defeat Jen Hill Construction/Lake Country Animal Hospital 5-3. Winning goal scorers were Brittny Lowry (4,1) and Stephanie Duckett (1,3) assisted by Jen Lowry and Lara Cicinelli. The 3 Jen Hill/Lake Country goals came from Anne Epstein (1,0) and Hannah Epstein (2,1) assisted by Sandy Drury.


The first tier 1 game saw Lake St. George Gold Club lead with a 3-0 win against Ledgers Orillia. The tree single goals came from Carly Payne (1,1), Nanacy Barr (1,0) and pick up player Mikayla Rae (1,1) assisted by Amanda Manning and Clara Hall. The lone shut out of the night went to Nicole Cook, sponsored by Harvey Watt Remax Real Estate.


The 9pm game was a close one with Giant Tiger taking the 3-2 win against Erin K. Watson Law Corp. Mikayla Ray netted the hat trick for Giant Tiger assisted by Adele Le Maire and Jessica Hubley. The 2 Erin K. Watson gols came from Alyssa Moyer and Brandi Ryan, assisted by Candice Britton, and pick up player Katie Price.


The final game saw the Geneva Event Centre defeat Kelsey's Roadhouse 5-4. Winning Geneva goals went to Mary Nixon, Janice Godin (1,0), Megan Hendry (2,2) and Robin Lee (1,0), assisted by Shannon Green, Nicole Chute and Josee-Ann Gill. The four goals for Kelsey's Roadhouse were netted by Connie Britton (2,1) and Megan Allore (2,2) assisted by Rhonda Hales and Rachel Schaus to end off another great night of Renegade hockey.
